Our Charges
Call out and first hour £35.
Additional hours are charged at £30 per hour.
Most repairs and upgrades can be carried out in 1-2 hours.
No Fix No Fee
If we cannot repair your computer on site, we will collect your computer and carry out the work offsite and deliver it back when repaired. If we need to take your computer away, we will normally quote a fixed price for the work to be completed.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fix the fault, there is absolutely no charge.*
